Titled Organic Symmetry, AW26 explores the tension between imposed structure and organic becoming. Rooted in classic sartorial tradition and utilitarian codes, the collection examines the relationship between predetermined forms and the instinctive, fluid nature of the body. Contrasting ideas of control and instinct, permanence and decay, structure and softness form the foundation of the collection, questioning how established conventions can coexist with organic transformation. Through a considered interplay of construction, materiality, and proportion, familiar garment archetypes are reinterpreted, allowing new expressions to emerge from traditional forms. Presented during Copenhagen Fashion Week in an intimate setting, AW26 continues the O. FILES dialogue between sartorial heritage, uniform codes, and disciplined playfulness.
